    I like the design, but the fact storage is not upgradable is absolutely NO. Samsung, better wake up. Who would buy a laptop that cant upgrade storage?

    I could not download my Norton's anti-virus license. Norton said it was a processor issue not software. So, I took the unit back for ultra 7 and it works fine.
