The screen felt extremely thin and fragile, and it cracked much more easily than I expected during normal use. I also ran into several compatibility issues with software I needed for work, which made the laptop frustrating to use. While the processor itself was reasonably fast and handled basic tasks well, the poor durability and software compatibility problems outweighed any performance benefits. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone who relies on specific applications or needs a device that can withstand everyday use.

I get the dreaded Zero battery screen and multiple resets. Sending it to Samsung, but first blush reaction is that I bought a fragile device. I wish it had an sd port or usb A as well. I'm regretting this purchase. Functionally, it's a laptop....

If interested in VMs and VPNs, I wouldn't recommend this computer due to its use of the new 64-bit ARM processor. Many VM ware and VPNs currently can't operate on these processors due to its novelty. Hopefully technology will catch up and the speed and efficiency that this laptop provides can be taken advantage of
