I get the dreaded Zero battery screen and multiple resets. Sending it to Samsung, but first blush reaction is that I bought a fragile device. I wish it had an sd port or usb A as well. I'm regretting this purchase. Functionally, it's a laptop....

I mostly use laptops for work (office, zoom etc) but I have a big steam library and sometimes the games work better on a pc than my steam deck. I was very surprised that although the snapdragon processor looked competitive on paper, it's mostly used to process Ai. I have a program to tell me if a game will run on my pc and it has no data on snapdragon. I watched a video review for snapdragon and it looks like it can play games from about 15 years ago. I should have done more research but playing games isn't the main reason I needed a new laptop. I assumed that a newer pc with a newer processor would be able to handle a few more games but I guess not. I got a pretty good deal on it and it does all the stuff I need. I don't care about AI though. Hope this helps someone else. Seems to have a shorter battery life too. That might just be Windows 11 which has lots of ads and pop-ups.

If interested in VMs and VPNs, I wouldn't recommend this computer due to its use of the new 64-bit ARM processor. Many VM ware and VPNs currently can't operate on these processors due to its novelty. Hopefully technology will catch up and the speed and efficiency that this laptop provides can be taken advantage of
