Didn't sync with Samsung Android phone

It was very pretty, especially in a sea of imo very ugly laptop options, but that's where the list of positives ends. My previous Chromebook died, so in my search for a new laptop, one of my top priorities was for whatever I get to sync well with my phone because I really appreciated that about my last one. The Windows link to phone thing wouldn't work at all. The laptop would connect to my phone (also Samsung) via Bluetooth very briefly, but then would immediately disconnect, and link to phone couldn't find the device. I tried every troubleshooting tip I could find online, but nothing worked. The laptop had pending updates that kept trying and failing to install. Trying to set it up was a nightmare. I'm not very brand loyal as I like to try everything and usually like different things for different reasons, but Samsung has always been a favorite of mine. This is the first time I've ever been let down so hard by Samsung (though I think most, if not all, of the blame actually lies with Windows). I returned it, ordered a customized HP Chromebook directly from the HP site, and my experience with it has been 1000x better. (Side note - my experience with Best Buy was great. Easy transparent ordering, quick delivery, smooth no-hassle return process.)

I was expecting ddr5 ram to be fast, it is but windows 11 sucks roughly 9gbs of its 16gb ram. I would recommend a 32gb version since Windows isn't optimized to use less ram.
