    Love it! O my gosh, I absolutely love this! I'm using it right now and it is so fine! My favorite part is the ports which is very user friendly. Mac books don't have any ports except the type c which makes it more complicated to connect when you need it most!

    I bought this at a deal price of about $1000. The screen is wow! Beautiful it is. The build quality is excellent and is super portable even at 16" screen. The battery life is excellent. Zero issues.

    This laptop is a wonderful purchase. I am retired but still need access to a computer. It has AI to help me compose emails and research is so much easier with that program. I like the touch screen it allows me to scroll articles like my cell phone.

    Great experience. Everyone was helpful. It took over a hour to locate the laptop but they did not stop until it was found. Snapdragon is new but for daily task it does thw job.

    Best. Laptop. Ever. Just make sure you don't lose that charging cord it came with as it is the only cord the machine will ask for every time. Others work, but she will bug you if you don't use her cord.
