First Impression Can a full size 16" laptop get any thinner? I was super enthused when I first unboxed. Thinnest yet largest and light weight LT that I have ever had the pleasure of using. Rather large touchpad and thrilled to have a 10 key number pad. The battery did come with no charge for safety reasons during shipping. Per instructions, best to charge before first use. Not to worry, PLugged in and a few hours later was ready. Set Up I have to admit, set up was a little bumpy as it was still loading updates right off the bat. Seemed to be a little sluggish but that all changed once I completed all the set up stuff. I was thrilled with the awesone 4k screen. Beautiful colors and depth. 3 Levels of back lit keyboard. 30, 60, 100%. This feels like a Large cell phone and uses a brick style charger adding to the design aesthetic. Specifications Yes, Snapdragon X Elite X1E80100 12 Core. 4.0 Boost Qualcomm 7800 Mobile Connectivity System (see Pic for Incredible Link speed capture) Adreno GPU 512 Gb UFS, 16 Gb Memory LPDDR5X Micro SD, 2 USB C 4.0 Ports. 1 USB A, 1 HDMI. AKG Quad Speakers (Woofer Max 5W x 2, Tweeter 2W x2) 2880 X 1800 Amoled Touch Screen. Crisp, Clean and beautiful images. And so much more! My Experience This is my new go to for all my computing needs. The speed has been incredible. Watching videos and such has been a great experience. Using CoPilot has been interesting. One thing I did was have CoPilot write some lyrics to a song that I was struggling to find words for. It was actually quite amazing and with a little tweaking on my end, turned out supprisingly well. I would have liked to see a 1 Tb drive for this price tag. I do believe some upgrading is possible. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone. (Love It) Great Job Samsung!!

It doesn't boot. Just keep getting "Samsung Galaxy secured by Knox" repeatedly. "Welcome" then black screen then again "S......" very poorly made.

This laptop is very nice. Its thin and relatively light. The screen is sharp and colorful, and noticeably better than any other monitor I have. It starts-up fast, and handles everything I've thrown at it so far (although I've only had it for around 2-weeks). The battery life seems to be around 4+ hours. I haven't run it down to where it runs out of power, but I'm guessing that would occur around the 5 or 6 hour point. I've used it for more than 4-hours several times, and the battery indicator still shows some power left. I consider that quite good. I'm glad I bought this model laptop, and I would definitely buy this one again.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4, powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor, is an impressive choice for casual users. As my first experience with a Snapdragon processor on a laptop, I’ve been thoroughly impressed by its performance. Here are some of my observations: 1. Efficient Processor: Qualcomm’s Snapdragon takes a fresh approach to processors. The X Elite variant operates at an incredibly efficient wattage, reducing overall heat and contributing to an impressively long battery life. 2. Integrated GPU: The Galaxy Book 4 features an integrated GPU, which I normally stray away from, but this particular GPU seems more than capable of handling some demanding tasks. The display is crisp and beautiful. The Snapdragon’s focus with their integrated GPU is on AI capabilities, specifically around CoPilot and Cocreator. 3. Seamless AI: Despite sharing resources with the GPU, the efficient processor handles basic AI tasks seamlessly. CoPilot, in particular, has been invaluable for assisting with code writing and providing solutions. I’m surprised as how efficient this computer operates AI simply on the Snapdragon processor. 4. Dedicated CoPilot Button: The convenience of a dedicated CoPilot button adds to the overall user experience. 5. Unparalleled Battery Life: The computer itself is a treat to use. I switched to Samsung as my main laptop last year after receiving a Galaxy Book 360, and I don’t see myself leaving the brand any time soon. The battery life on these computers is unparalleled to similar business designed laptops. I frequently sit in all day board meetings, and everyone is shuffling chargers around, leaning against the wall by the nearest socket, and tripping over cords. I’ve become the envy of everyone at these meetings, because most time I don’t even bring my charger. I can get a consistent 6 hours of usage out of this laptop in a meeting, which is incredible. 6. Touchpad: The touchpad on this computer is enormous, and I absolutely love it. It takes up a large portion of the space under the keyboard, and it’s so smooth and responsive. I also love the 10-key on the keyboard, a must have for my job. 7. Consider Your Goals: When choosing a laptop, consider your priorities. If gaming is your focus, opt for a model with a dedicated GPU. However, if you seek a solid laptop with exceptional battery life—one that seamlessly runs productivity tools like Excel and Word alongside efficient AI capabilities—the Galaxy Book 4 is an excellent choice.

Awesome laptop because: 1, It has a 16 inch screen and the laptop is smaller overall than my old 15.6 inch device. 2, The best laptop touch screen I've ever seen. The first one from Samsung with antiglare properties. Can't stand glare and will not buy a laptop with too much glare again. Surface, take note... 3, I hate not having a number pad and this has one. It also has a fingerprint reader which I think is more secure than face unlock. 4, Battery life is amazing 5, The device is very quiet, I've yet to hear the fan. 6, Snapdragon X arm chip is super-fast, everything seems instant compared to any intel laptop I've used. 7, the out of box experience was amazing. It updated itself automatically before I even logged in. 8, usb-c charging, i can now use the same power brick for my phone. Final Note, Snapdragon is the way to go in the future. x86 runs too hot, too noisy, uses too much battery and is too slow. Even after all the attempts they've made to compete with Arm, they are still not as nice as this.

The first one of these that I purchased from Best Buy was an open box listed as excellent condition. I made the purchase because there were no new ones available. When I took it out of the box, everything was dirty, even the wire and the charger. After I cleaned the unit and scrubbed sticker residue off of the bottom of the casing, I attempted to set it up and it was never wiped and still logged into someone else's account. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience. I ordered this laptop in new condition and paid $699 for it, which is an absolute great deal. It arrived in one piece and once I unboxed it and set it up, I could not put it down for quite some time. It is a beautiful color blue, with a vibrant 16" Amoled screen. The colors are fantastic and watching content is a joy. The Dolby Atmos sound and quad speaker system sounds crisp and clear. The Snap dragon X Elite chip runs cool and quiet. The full keyboard and responsive trackpad work very well, and it feels nice to type on. You also get Samsung's full suite of software, which I find useful. If you are lucky enough to find one new and on sale you will not be disappointed.

It’s lightweight, the Sapphire Blue color is beautiful, and the battery life is fantastic. Perfect for everyday work, streaming, and multitasking. Really happy with this device!

I have had many laptops over the past 25 years. This one is by far the best one I have had. Light weight, fast. touch screen, great display, programmable somewhat. This one will last me for a long time.

Lol, Lol and Lol. I have no words to describe how beautiful, manageable and good this device is. After bought some laptops in this tax free month, some good, some bad and returned, I saw this Samsung Galaxy Book 4 edge at $1199 on Best buy and gave it a try. This is by far the best laptop I have ever seen or had (Including apple devices), the screen is so gorgeous, so bright and beautiful, the body is so perfect and light, they put the right ports. It is so thin that is a pleasure to take it, and even the body color is so amazing, They said it has a big frame under the screen, it is true and it is also true that the big frame is saving my neck after 9 hours working online every day, because unlike on others that frame put the screen up, closer to your visual field. Some people said the Trackpad is too big, I said is so cool that after has this one I don't want any other, you can also turn it on/off with F5. The keyboard is great for me, but what it is amazing on it is the backlight, it is very very good (It has 0, 30, 60 and 100% using F9) but comparing it with all the others it has something different that is way better, I really don't know what it is but the keys are so clear on dark environments!!! I don't know what else to say lol. Battery life is not as they said, it is not bad at all but in my case with heavy use could last for 5 1/2 hours when Lenovo Yoga 7i, 9i, Dell Inspiron and HP Envy last around 41/2. Also Live translator is not working properly on this ARM chip, I think the culprit here is Windows and not the device. This is a $1199 laptop with 16 Inches OLED touch screen, a beautiful construction and performance, amazing Trackpad and backlight keyboard, great port selection that work as they suppose to, light and manageable like no other and so fast with 16 Gb Ram and 512 Gb storage. This is by far the best deal nowadays.

I like this laptop. Perfect for everyday use for work and school. Very slim and light. I never thought windows laptop can get this slim and fast. Plus it’s touch screen. Had to get an adapter for the usb A port. It only has one but not complaining. I knew that before purchase.

Purchased this Samsung laptoo recently to reolace the one I had been usinf that was supplied by work and had to be turned inw hen Inkeft the company whixh was a Dell. This one is so much better with crisper visuals, lit up keys, and clean stylish lines.

I love this beautiful big screen, fast processot, this & lightweight style.Watching movies and videos is a real pleasure with this laoptop. So is doing my word processing and excel worksheet work, which is where the numeric keypad comes in handy for me. The great Best Buy price was the icing on the cake for me. I'm very happy with my purchase and reecommend this great Samsung laptop.

Great laptop all around from the build quality (surprisingly sturdy for its weight and how thin it is). Not many options with high quality displays like the beautiful OLED on this guy that include a numpad. Keyboard quality is high, but nothing to write home about. Performance on the snapdragon chip is incredibly snappy. I’ve had zero compatibility issues, but admittedly, I just use it casually. Battery life is better than I’ve experienced in a laptop before, by a significant margin. I recommend it!

Excellent laptop, with great display and good battery life. Stunning visuals and lightweight.

Nice, light, great screen and a good assortment of connection ports. Snapdragon is quick and the 16GB memory works well with it but if you are going to really press on the machine you might find the memory running low (which I did and opted for a 32gb version from another manufacturer because this one can't be upgraded).
