This is an awesome laptop. Lightweight, thin, touchscreen, and great features. I love that I can do multiple screens while doing my homework. This laptop has been everything and more I am still exploring. Must buy for college students.

Overall I think this was a good purchase. It provides all the functions of some higher priced units at a better price. I'm not necessarily impressed with the keyboard or layout of the number pad but I know that's part of the reason for it being less expensive. It could also use a least 2 more USB ports for convenience. 1 USB just doesn't make sense.

Great system with the Snapdragon Arm processor! Fast, reliable. Battery life may be lacking. i did a calibrate and waiting to see if it improves. Display is amazing!

Was excited to try the Snapdragon Elite chipset, AMR-64 bit Windows 11 Home version. I had trouble with a few ill behaved applications that wouldn't load, and a multifunction printer that printed fine, but there was no driver for the scanner available. (Epson ET-3850). With the upcoming release of 24H2 later in the year, this might be "fixed," but i needed it to work yesterday, so i returned this unit and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 and it works well with the printer/scanner. It may be a fine system but it just didn't work for me. The CPU is fast and the screen is phenomenal....

Sleek and easy to use, love the touch screen option. Currently in a Masters program and love how you can easily split the screen for multi tasking.

This laptop is super fast with a vibrant display. It is being used for work purposes, and it makes competing work assignments a breeze and fun!

It's a nice laptop. Great screen with long battery life. Be aware that there are still many applications that don't run on Snapdragon.

I purchased this product about a month ago. So far it has met or exceeded all of my expectations. My only issue is that Samsung Internet is not capable of syncing between phone and computer due to windows 11 encryption difficulties. Supposedly this is going to be fixed soon but you would think going with a Samsung PC and a Samsung phone, syncing up applications would not be an issue. This is especially frustrating with all the 2 step verification processes needed nowadays.

It is super fast, sleek, and the keyboard buttons feel great! Copilot is a cool feature that is just as good as Chat GPT. I can even wirelessly connect the laptop to my Samsung TV which is very clutch.

All my computers are Samsung. I normally prefer a desktop but am very pleased with this laptop. It's light weight but has a large display and the key board is comfortable to use. I highly recommend it.

After spending a week with the Book 4 Edge Copilot, I'm thoroughly impressed with its application speed and the overall user experience it provides. The responsiveness and fluidity make it a joy to use for my daily tasks. However, I must express my extreme disappointment with the battery life. Despite the advertised 22 hours for the 16-inch model, I find myself reaching for the charger after just 6-7 hours of use. This is a significant shortfall and one that potential buyers should be aware of. The speakers also leave something to be desired. They lack the high-end sound quality I was expecting, which can be a bit frustrating during media consumption or virtual meetings. That said, the Book 4 Edge Copilot is still a pleasure to work on. Its capabilities are impressive, and I'm excited to delve deeper into Copilot and explore how it integrates with Office 365.

I want to start by talking about the hardware. The screen, the build are awesome. The speakrs are great and you can definitely feel the Dolby Atmos if you turned it on. Now coming to the big thing, the ARM and CoPilot stuff, I primarly use browser based applications, so it works perfectly fine for me as long as I install Browsers for ARM. Do your research before getting this to see if your particular all works on ARM. CoPilot is good, could be better, the recall feature is still not here as of 12/01. Over all, a definitely great product as long as the apps you need have an ARM version

Good Laptop. Only downside is having to purchase a outlook 365 subscription in order to work. Can bypass if you buy this for somwone in college.

This is my initial experience with Samsung computers. I have consistently utilized Samsung phones throughout my life, and I find the seamless shareability between my phone and computer to be incredibly convenient. The display is truly impressive, and the keyboard offers a very smooth, backlit experience. Overall, the quality of the computer is excellent.

This Qualcomm stuff is really good on power control. Now it is summer, I didnt feel heat from this machine. I dont play games. All I need is business and some video watch, this laptop is way better than I need. Most important, i dont need to charge during the day. I plan to replace my family’s laptop with arm cpu.
