The touch screen works flawlessly and scrolls very well. I've been a Bestbuy Total Tech member for years and did my search. Met all my expectations.

The device has been rife with problems ranging from USB-C inoperability, program incompatibility, poor battery life, to very little if any use of the NPU. Even though software is listed as compatible, there are still issues. I can't fully use OneDrive, OneNote, games on STEAM, and many other programs. As to Customer Service- Samsung had me ship the device off for a new motherboard. When I got it back the motherboard had the same serial number on it as when I sent it in, even though they claimed the board was swapped. When I pointed out that the serial number was the same, Samsung asked me to ship it back to them a 2nd time for a replacement of the motherboard. They "promised" this time it would be changed. Unbelievable.

Sales person put my son’s name on my new card account. This issue is being resolved. He has an account with Best Buy also. I also believe that I might have been charged more than what I was initially quoted. The laptop is a very good one and it will serve me well.
