Visibility is better at night with lighted keyboard. No individual Home, End, Page Down, and Page Up key. You must toggle the Nun-Lock key.

I am using this for photo and video editing in the field and have no complaints outside of my personal wish of it being a little bigger. Salesman said it had a 20 hour battery life, but it is closer to 10-12 with healthy usage.

The device has been rife with problems ranging from USB-C inoperability, program incompatibility, poor battery life, to very little if any use of the NPU. Even though software is listed as compatible, there are still issues. I can't fully use OneDrive, OneNote, games on STEAM, and many other programs. As to Customer Service- Samsung had me ship the device off for a new motherboard. When I got it back the motherboard had the same serial number on it as when I sent it in, even though they claimed the board was swapped. When I pointed out that the serial number was the same, Samsung asked me to ship it back to them a 2nd time for a replacement of the motherboard. They "promised" this time it would be changed. Unbelievable.

Can’t seem to set up my printers. Fingerprint reader keeps failing. Mouse is large and doesn’t get in the way when typing. Fastest laptop I’ve ever had, but so different then my previous laptops, all that have been Hp’s, don’t know if I can get used to the differences though.

If your Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge fingerprint reader is no longer working properly, check if the sensor is clean and dry, then try re-registering your fingerprints by going to your Windows settings, accessing "Accounts > Sign-in options > Windows Hello Fingerprint" and removing and re-adding your fingerprint.
