I absolutely love this laptop! It’s fast, has great color and was super easy to set up. I use it mostly for editing photos and creating graphics.

I've owned it for nearly two months and have taken great care of it. I have two googles open for different accounts about 3-5 tabs and it would constantly freeze. I don't believe it's the ram, I could be doing daily things like homework and my screen would go black and it wouldn't work for 4-5 minutes and wouldn't respond for another 2. I'm very disappointed that I spent this much money on a laptop I expected to be good.

Please take a moment to review, "Samsung PC runs slowly or freezes" to confirm whether your PC's hardware is or isn't the source of what you're experiencing. Browser resource management or app emulation could also be the culprit. If it's browser specific, turn off "Use hardware acceleration when available," and restart the browser. Be sure to clear your Cache & Cookies and also disable extensions that may cause instability. If the Task Manager shows browser in Efficiency mode, right-click it and disable it. Make sure that your PC has the most current update installed to ensure all drivers, especially graphics, are updated. Ensuring the latest Windows updates are installed is also important. Great laptop with Poor battery life

The screen will crack spontaneously on it's own. The slightest pressure when lifting it while closed will also make it shatter. This is a touch screen...so it doesn't make sense. Don't waste your money. I regret buying this because it was slim and seemed to fit my needs for my PhD program, however, I worry about even taking it with me anywhere.

The USB and USBC ports never really work without Disabling in the Device Manager. Then, the laptop stopped recognizing the battery so ALL battery icons and options were deleted everywhere. Both the Geek Squad and I found that this was a very common problem with this computer. I would NOT recommend this laptop for the price.

This wasn't a case of mishandling the product but poor craftsmanship. The glass is made too thin and can easily crack from normal handling. You can see countless reviews claiming the same thing so I would stay far away from this product. I spent hours on the phone with Samsung reps and everyone saying different things. I was told my laptop was going to be repaired at no cost due to it still being under warranty so I sent my laptop at my own cost to get the warranty repairs done as promised only to be told that it was going to be $700 to have it fixed and it wasn't in fact covered by warranty.
