Can’t seem to set up my printers. Fingerprint reader keeps failing. Mouse is large and doesn’t get in the way when typing. Fastest laptop I’ve ever had, but so different then my previous laptops, all that have been Hp’s, don’t know if I can get used to the differences though.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge fingerprint reader is no longer working properly, check if the sensor is clean and dry, then try re-registering your fingerprints by going to your Windows settings, accessing "Accounts > Sign-in options > Windows Hello Fingerprint" and removing and re-adding your fingerprint. Next, check for software updates on both Windows and Samsung firmware and if it continues after, contact Support for further assistance. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra

Speed is decent, battery life is good, BUT... beware! It utilizes an ARM64 processor. No one told me that this was incompatible with an X64 processor and that, therefore, 2/3 of my software would not run! I could have lived with this, had there been a workaround or an emulator that would allow my software to run, but there is not. I even contacted Samsung's help line to try to get assistance, and all they did was exactly what I did; Google the issue. I was told that the problem was with the software, but it runs perfectly on my old X64 system. It's a good computer, unless you are using older software.
