The device has been rife with problems ranging from USB-C inoperability, program incompatibility, poor battery life, to very little if any use of the NPU. Even though software is listed as compatible, there are still issues. I can't fully use OneDrive, OneNote, games on STEAM, and many other programs. As to Customer Service- Samsung had me ship the device off for a new motherboard. When I got it back the motherboard had the same serial number on it as when I sent it in, even though they claimed the board was swapped. When I pointed out that the serial number was the same, Samsung asked me to ship it back to them a 2nd time for a replacement of the motherboard. They "promised" this time it would be changed. Unbelievable.

Visibility is better at night with lighted keyboard. No individual Home, End, Page Down, and Page Up key. You must toggle the Nun-Lock key.

The higher-end one with 1TB SSD has a better chip GPU. It's not listed that there are two versions of the Snapdragon SOC with this model. Really impressive OLED display.

I need a larger screen so I chose the 16", which is what my other computer was. This one, however, has been a nightmare to use with other products. The recommended default screen setting on it is 200%, and this causes all kinds of problems when you try to connect it to a 2nd screen. It took our IT people hours of work to adjust settings on both it and the 2nd screen so that I could at least read the text on both. I was told by our IT dept that the Snapdragon technology, while being adopted more and more, still struggles to integrate with many things. I even went and bought new monitors that met the required specs and they still didn't work together well. It also comes with all kinds of pop ups built in, which I had to remove. I find it much more annoying than my last laptop, which was only 2 years old, so it wasn't completely obsolete technology. If I had a re-do, I'd have purchased a different brand.

Pop-ups are often used for advertising purposes and can appear in various forms such as ads, notifications, or rewards. They might show up within the browser window while using the internet app, in a new or separate tab. Ads can also appear while using other apps or even on your Home screen. In most cases, if not all, pop-up ads are caused by a third-party app you recently installed. It is time to get rid of these pop-up invaders and get your phone - and peace of mind - back. Please check out, "Manage pop-up ads on your Galaxy phone" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with those unwanted pop-ups. Without having more details available and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Support for further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your device. ARM and a Leg and a Lackluster Performance

Unfortunately there are not many Windows apps that run in ARM yet and the X64 emulation needs some improvements. And night mode will not work on wired connected displays due to a limitation with the QUALCOMM CPU.

Fast and at a good proce

I absolutely love this laptop! It’s fast, has great color and was super easy to set up. I use it mostly for editing photos and creating graphics.
