Less than a year of ownership and the right earbud stopped working. This was with very infrequent use too, I only ever would use at home to listen to music occasionally or watch videos. Not great longevity for the price. Replaced these with a cheaper set of Anker A40s and have been much happier.

Noise cancelation feature is amazing .. cant hear anything with the feature turned on. Def worth the money.

They are compatible with my iPhone, but I wish the Galaxy Buds app would be updated to include controls for this model. The noise cancelling controls on the earbuds work, just can't change it on the phone like the AirPods Pro.

One of the ear pieces stopped charging after about a week, so build quality may be questionable. When they were worki g they sounded great and paired with my phone flawless.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Galaxy Buds FE provide up to 7 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds.
