Purchased for husband for birthday, great sound quality!

These earbuds were the least expensive of the offerings from Samsung. They are easy to place in the ear canal and they are comfortable. The charging time is minimal, perhaps 15 to 20 minutes to charge. These earbuds are great.

Like the way they fit and sound good can't cut call off with them and I wish battery would last longer. They will cut off with out warning

These are very comfortable in my ears. Before these, I had the Galaxy Pro Buds 2, but they were so uncomfortable. The Galaxy Buds FE don't have wireless charging, but the comfortable fit in my ears more than makes up for that.

I have samsung galaxy phone pairs perfect. Only thing I don't like is lost ear bud feature. I wish it was louder

I love them they are just the right fit for my ears

The earbuds sound good but getting the right fit can be difficult at times and they tend to shift in my ears. Need constant care to ensure that wax doesnt build up over the "speaker". You have to clean on and under the rubber cover. The case doesnt hold a charge as long as an AirPod case would. The mics tend to get muffled and distorted when on the phone pretty frequently. This is a budget pair of earbuds so if youre looking for longevity and performance maybe purchase a more expensive pair or try a different brand.

Decent sound. Nothing groundbreaking. Use higher end headphones for better sounding music like jazz. Use these for rock, podcasts.

Love them. Very easy to use, can customize on the app more stuff with it. Samsung always got their hidden features, so looking up videos of it helps you with what it can do.

As far as the service to be completely honest the first time my package was stolen by 3rd party company Best Buy employees. And the process to get a new pair and pick it up was disappointing. But I got them at the end and my wife is happy that’s all that matters
