    Excellent, like it, compares almost to a 300$ bose set. Just wish it fit little bit better, sometime it does fail to feel secure.

You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris.     I'm sure they work good for most people but they just don't fit in my ears well.

To wear your Galaxy Buds FE correctly, identify the L and R marks on the earbuds and place them in the correct ear, then gently twist them until they sit snugly in your ear. Angle the bud so the microphone is pointed toward your mouth, and adjust the ear tip or wing tip size if the fit isn't comfortable for a secure seal.     These were for my dad and he loved them. He isn’t much of a tech guy and he really liked these headphones and will be using them for on the job.

    Will never purchase Samsung in ear buds again. The batteries went out super quick in the replacement pair, even though the original pair the batteries would last all day. Ear bud mic was super staticy and sounded underwater so to talk on the phone you had to turn Bluetooth off and actually talk on the phone which is inconvenient at work. Right ear bud randomly stopped working on two different pairs. Ended up picking up a new set/different product at at&t that actually works

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device:
      1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
      2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
      3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.
