I can't hear much around me when i have it in my ears, and I only use one ear bud at a time, 2. It sometimes disrupted my calls or music. (sounds like robot).

Noise cancelation is not good

The quality is good, but i bought these because they claim that it's noise cancelation earbuds but i have to disagree.

The Noise Cancellation on the Galaxy Buds FE can help improve call quality for the person on the other end of the call by reducing background noise. While the primary function of the noise cancellation feature is to reduce noise for the user, the mic system in the earbuds also filters out background noise when you're on a call, making your voice clearer for the other person.
