ANC is meh, ANC will not work with only one bud in place. sound is soso,. bought these to replace a pair of jabra elite 7's that I use for sleeping. I usually use one while the other charges. the samsunb ANC does not work when only using 1 bud. the ANC is pretty awful. not a fraction of what I was getting from my Jabra 7's. these buds ended up in the bottom of my drawer to be forgotten. they didn't fit the need.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds FE have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things.
