The batteries went out super quick in the replacement pair, even though the original pair the batteries would last all day. Ear bud mic was super staticy and sounded underwater so to talk on the phone you had to turn Bluetooth off and actually talk on the phone which is inconvenient at work. Right ear bud randomly stopped working on two different pairs. Ended up picking up a new set/different product at at&t that actually works

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device:
1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.
Also be sure to check out, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to address your audio concerns. From what other callers have said to me there are times when the sound quality is muffled and it goes in and out
