    I bought two pairs for the neice and nephew. Out the box they were great but after a few weeks both pairs had weakening sound on one side. After about two months both pairs were inoperable. Shame for the price it was to good to be true. I wasnt expecting them to be fantasically reliable for this price but downright defective and un exchangeable after 15 days is quite a bummer.

    These buds seems pretty ok. Nothing to brag about! I owned a pair of galaxy buds prior and for some reason these pair didnt give me that caliber type of sound!!

    Total waste of money. Purchased 3 sets, for myself and the others as gifts. Left earphone on all 3 sets stopped charging less than 6 months. DO NOT BUY.

    Better Option - Samsung Buds2

    The sound quality wasn't that clear and had a "tinny" sound. I returned them and spent a bit more for the Samsung Buds2 which are much better.

    Not as good as the past versions. I have had both the first Samsung earbuds and the EarPods 2 and loved both of them. These constantly disconnect from each other where I will be listening in one ear all of a sudden. Maybe they are broken or they just have gotten cheaper at the same price point.

    Just needed a cheap set of earbuds for work, these seemed promising as far as sound quality went, but on day 2, the clear hearing feature started to glitch and never fixed itself, sounded like air was being pushed into my ear, it was uncomfortable.

    The sound was and noise canceling was decent. The fit of and comfort if these earbuds was horrible.

    First pair I bought had a loud air rushing sound when using ANC or ambient noise settings. None of the samsung provided fixes worked, and from what I've read its a known issue with no solution. Second pair had the exact same problem so it wasnt a fluke or a lemon.

    They are not really a noice controlling buds and bug to ear We like the model but this noice cancelation is little awful.

    For a $100 item, these are mediorce at very best. The pair of Tozo 10 (not sponsored nor paid to say this) are better in every aspect which tells you alot for a $20 earbuds vs a $100. Look somewhere else cause these aint it and for sure wont impress you. Swear the other reviews are either sponsored or have never owned other earbuds before

    Stopped working properly. Always have white noise, have to turn off all functions to stop it.

    Was a perfic fit and light weight however the overall performance did not meet expectations. Poor call quality and this was after an exchange. Both headphones presented with the same issues- i could hear people but the could not hear me despite troubleshooting.

    Bought a pair of these on black friday of 2023. I have had to return them twice and now need to do it a third time because for some reason after about a week of use the left buds microphone dies. No one can hear me on phone calls, I cant use voice activation on it to open apps or choose music, its completely inaudible to anyone or anythhing im speaking to. The right bud always works fine. Maybe theres a manufacturing issue but after this many returns something with these is weong. My galaxy buds + lasted two years of tons of abuse at work and still work, albiet a speaker is dying.
