Not a reliable product.

Out the box they were great but after a few weeks both pairs had weakening sound on one side. After about two months both pairs were inoperable. Shame for the price it was to good to be true. I wasnt expecting them to be fantasically reliable for this price but downright defective and un exchangeable after 15 days is quite a bummer.

Decent Temporary

Unfortunately I can't turn the volume up all the way on my phone or else I get some distorted noises and recently I have been getting some feedback in my left ear. Between these issues and them not staying in my ears I do plan on replacing asap.

The left earbud lost volume within a couple of weeks. Now it makes an incredibly loud high pitch squealing sound when I put it in my ear. So basically they are worthless already.

Didn't fit

Because they were a special price and bundled with the phone I bought on sale, I was told that the price of the phone would be $150 MORE if I returned the earbuds! Unbelievable considering the earbuds and protection plan were a separate charge on my account. And now I'm forced to keep something I can't use for fear of losing them.

Didnt even last 6 months

My first pair lasted only about a year when right side went out with no sound. I clean my earbuds regularly, dont drop them, charge them correctly and take care of them. This set also went out on the right side but only after 6 months of usage. Keeps saying bad fit so i change rubber inserts to no avail. Very unhappy with this product.
