One of the ear pieces stopped charging after about a week, so build quality may be questionable. When they were worki g they sounded great and paired with my phone flawless.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Galaxy Buds FE provide up to 7 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 26 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. Please take a moment to review, "Samsung earbuds do not turn on or charge" to help resolve what you ma be experiencing with your device. Others I have owned would work thenselves out and I was always touching my ears to adjust them. I was a little concerned about how well the touch controls would work but within 10 min of using them it was like second nature, the flat surface make knowing where to touch easy to figure out.

However these are the most locked in place earphones I've ever used. The sound quality isn't insanely great but it's passes. Plus you get more connection features with Samsung so that's cool. This is great for people working out though they really don't come out the ear

He loves that they stay in place and sync with his phone and Samsung watch.

Noise cancelation feature is amazing .. cant hear anything with the feature turned on. Def worth the money.
