    As far as the service to be completely honest the first time my package was stolen by 3rd party company Best Buy employees. And the process to get a new pair and pick it up was disappointing. But I got them at the end and my wife is happy that’s all that matters

    Good but not great. They do a good job as every day headphones. I just wish they had a few more features compared to other headphones in the same price range
