I get to the store and there were about 5 people in front of me. It took the guy about 10-15 minutes to find a specific item for the first gentelmen in line. The next few customers went pretty quickly. I was being taken care of for over 30 minutes. Leading me to be in your store for almost an hour for an online pickup. This is unacceptable and ill probably never return to that location. It wouldve been faster for me to go in the store, pick out the items, then cashout at a normal register. The whole point of someone doing an online order is to save time. My time was wasted because they couldnt find one item. Mind you the staffs superior was back there and didnt help find the item at all.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My son was happy and someone took his case from a party and left him and older case and it wouldn’t close so we went into the store to see what was the problem and that’s when we found out there was a switch all the customer person said was there was nothing that could be done even though I had just got them. She couldn’t do anything without the case. So my son could never charge his new earbuds.
