    Bought these for my boyfriend. He seems to like them. I do have to say that he has been able to hold on to these longer than any others hes tried. They also seem to be pretty durable for Bluetooth earnuds. Hes pretty hard on things and these have survived.

    the good. fits nice, very comfortable, stays in place. battery life is decent. the bad. ANC is meh, ANC will not work with only one bud in place. sound is soso,. bought these to replace a pair of jabra elite 7's that I use for sleeping. I usually use one while the other charges. the samsunb ANC does not work when only using 1 bud. the ANC is pretty awful. not a fraction of what I was getting from my Jabra 7's. these buds ended up in the bottom of my drawer to be forgotten. they didn't fit the need.

    they seem great at first, but seems that facing case opening the ear piece mostly does not work/charge and the other after5 months start having problems (even when I leave them plugged in for couple days?)

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds.     Does Not connect to everything

    I made this purchase due to the previous version that I owned finally stopped working. The earbuds themselves are wonderful and fit just like the previous version... but... unlike the previous version they DO NOT connect to ALL devices. I have apple products and this version would not connect to any of them unlike the previous version.

We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our products. The Buds FE can connect to Bluetooth devices for streaming music or making calls. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out "How to connect your Galaxy Buds." If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. Also check out, "Connection issues with Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Buds FE.
