These earbuds repeatedly disconnected from my calls after a few months. During some calls, my friends told me I sounded muffled. Ultimately, I returned them as they were not very comfortable to wear.

There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to remain connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the paired phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect. They’re really terrible. Most times only one will work and I still cannot figure out the reason. Now I’m trying to figure out why the volume has inextricably decreased. Very sorry to have ever spent money on these.

Not worth it

The batteries went out super quick in the replacement pair, even though the original pair the batteries would last all day. Ear bud mic was super staticy and sounded underwater so to talk on the phone you had to turn Bluetooth off and actually talk on the phone which is inconvenient at work. Right ear bud randomly stopped working on two different pairs. Ended up picking up a new set/different product at at&t that actually works

The earbuds don't like to stay in whenever i exercise, i tried using all of the different size ear pieces that it comes with and it didn't change anything. Left side ambient/sound cancelation/regular mode just doesn't work. The left side is noticeably less quiet. Ive done the resetting and everything, nothing worked. Im gonna use my two-year protection plan and hopefully i get a new pair, i believe i just got a bad left side earbud. Quality and battery life is good though.

With the black Friday discount of only $50 when you purchased a Samsung galaxy 23 fe, I bought these. They have winged tips, like the original galaxy buds. The performance is amazing as well.
