    I expected better quality of hardware and sound when I bought these Samsung earbuds. They’re really terrible. Most times only one will work and I still cannot figure out the reason. Now I’m trying to figure out why the volume has inextricably decreased. Very sorry to have ever spent money on these.

    I love the sound but the feeling of them in my little ear is awful, its like a sharp tooth inside the ear. I go with galaxy buds 2. INCREDIBLE!

    I started having issues first week of use. The earbuds don't like to stay in whenever i exercise, i tried using all of the different size ear pieces that it comes with and it didn't change anything. Left side ambient/sound cancelation/regular mode just doesn't work. The left side is noticeably less quiet. Ive done the resetting and everything, nothing worked. Im gonna use my two-year protection plan and hopefully i get a new pair, i believe i just got a bad left side earbud. Quality and battery life is good though.

    I purchased these earbuds as i thought thry would be a cheaper replacement to my second generation Samsung earbuds. These earbuds repeatedly disconnected from my calls after a few months. During some calls, my friends told me I sounded muffled. Ultimately, I returned them as they were not very comfortable to wear.

There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to remain connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the paired phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect. Feel free to check out, "Bluetooth device won't stay connected to Galaxy phone or tablet" to help resolve what you have described.
