These were sold as open box with all parts included. They came with missing parts. This was only my second order in 6 years with BestBuy.com and both orders had to be returned for damage/missing parts. The only thing customer service for BestBuy.com did was tell me what they CAN’T do. They told me to go to a BestBuy store. I have never had a problem with the brick and mortar stores.

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. To wear your Galaxy Buds FE correctly, identify the L and R marks on the earbuds and place them in the correct ear, then gently twist them until they sit snugly in your ear. Angle the bud so the microphone is pointed toward your mouth, and adjust the ear tip or wing tip size if the fit isn't comfortable for a secure seal.
