Does Not connect to everything
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made this purchase due to the previous version that I owned finally stopped working. The earbuds themselves are wonderful and fit just like the previous version... but... unlike the previous version they DO NOT connect to ALL devices. I have apple products and this version would not connect to any of them unlike the previous version.

We value your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to improve the functionality and design of our products. The Buds FE can connect to Bluetooth devices for streaming music or making calls. You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out "How to connect your Galaxy Buds." If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue. Also check out, "Connection issues with Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your Buds FE. I had to get them because my prior earbuds weren't gonna be made anymore so i ended up getting these and my only complaint is the rubber tip size doesnt always stay in my ear but I'm sure i can buy different sized ones on amazon to fix that issue

The sound quality was horrible and so was the microphone and it’s features did not work with apple. Sorry but these aint it.
