I do have to say that he has been able to hold on to these longer than any others hes tried. They also seem to be pretty durable for Bluetooth earnuds. Hes pretty hard on things and these have survived.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve used Samsung earbuds for years, my previous pair lasted nearly 5 years, which is why I chose the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE as a gift for my wife. Unfortunately, she barely used them, and after about 1.5 years the left earbud stopped working completely. The case shows a flickering red light, indicating a charging or hardware issue. I’ve tried cleaning, resetting, and reconnecting, but nothing fixed it. The sound and comfort were good while it worked, but I expected much better durability, especially with such light use.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds FE have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. They were working great.. until about a month ago, now the battery in the left earbud dies within 20 minutes of using it. So i reset them in the settings and the battery level is either fine or that kills both of them. Its like theyre no longer registering theyre battery level. And on top of all that, the left one specifically, almost never charges when put in the case.
