I get to the store and there were about 5 people in front of me. It took the guy about 10-15 minutes to find a specific item for the first gentelmen in line. The next few customers went pretty quickly. I was being taken care of for over 30 minutes. Leading me to be in your store for almost an hour for an online pickup. This is unacceptable and ill probably never return to that location. It wouldve been faster for me to go in the store, pick out the items, then cashout at a normal register. The whole point of someone doing an online order is to save time. My time was wasted because they couldnt find one item. Mind you the staffs superior was back there and didnt help find the item at all.

These earbuds repeatedly disconnected from my calls after a few months. During some calls, my friends told me I sounded muffled. Ultimately, I returned them as they were not very comfortable to wear.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to remain connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the paired phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect. Great sound for the money

I've never owned a pair of wireless headphones but I'll never not own them after having these. They paired easily with my samsung phone and watch.

The earbuds don't like to stay in whenever i exercise, i tried using all of the different size ear pieces that it comes with and it didn't change anything. Left side ambient/sound cancelation/regular mode just doesn't work. The left side is noticeably less quiet. Ive done the resetting and everything, nothing worked. Im gonna use my two-year protection plan and hopefully i get a new pair, i believe i just got a bad left side earbud. Quality and battery life is good though.
