The cons of these earbuds is it’s so hard to get the ear bud when you tap it multiple times to shut the phone off.

He went above and beyond to ,are sure I got what I wanted. I was beyond please. I have a Samsung galaxy phone and an iPad and it works well. Great service and value. Best Buy keep up the fantastic work.

The volume doesn't get loud enough to hear over the mower, just barely over the vacuum. Also, I've tried the different ear plugs with no success. The left one continues to fall out.

We would love nothing more than to help you troubleshot your device to ensure you have the best experience possible and love your device. With regards to the volume, if you are still hearing the vacuum cleaner or mower with your device, our first recommendation would be to ensure you have the active noise cancelation feature enabled rather than the ambient noise feature. You can easily change the sound profile with a tap and hold on the bud while connected to your device. If your Galaxy Buds FE aren't charging properly, please clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and also in the case. Then, ensure the wingtips are correctly attached to the correct earbud and verify the earbuds are properly seated in the case. You can also try using a different, Samsung approved charging cable and/or wall adapter. Last, you can reset the earbuds by placing them in the case and holding the touch areas for five seconds.
