Do you like Dermatitis in your ear?

However, after using these headphones a few times a week for a month my ears became unbearably itchy with fluid leaking out. Taking a break from them after a week my ears are still symptomatic and have to seek medical attention.

Horrible.

I bought these on 1/29/25. These only stay charged for 2-3 hours. I even got the protection plan. Now oh take them to Samsung to get them fixed. How terrible. The headphones are crap, Best Buy won’t fix the problem. Just terrible.

Absolute Garbage

They came with a problem

The left earpiece has less sound than the right. I thought it was something to do with the settings and I kept trying to sort it out when I remembered. Now I'm sure it's defective and I can't exchange it because it's a month past the deadline.

Personally I think Samsung products has longevity issues , brought a Samsung Tv and it started giving problem in about a years time , I have a soundbar lets see how long it lasts..

Aware that there were other sizes, but didn't spend the time to try a different size. I only paid like 75, so it's on the cheap side, vs quality. Bought a new different type.

Affordable but not comfortable

Very bad
