These earbuds repeatedly disconnected from my calls after a few months. During some calls, my friends told me I sounded muffled. Ultimately, I returned them as they were not very comfortable to wear.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off. In order to remain connected, most Bluetooth devices need to be within 30 feet of the paired phone or tablet. Make sure the devices are close enough; otherwise, they will not connect. Feel free to check out, "Bluetooth device won't stay connected to Galaxy phone or tablet" to help resolve what you have described. Also check out, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to conduct some simple troubleshooting steps on your Buds FE. She couldn’t do anything without the case. So my son could never charge his new earbuds.
