These buds sound great but if you're using an iphone everyone you call will hate you. Anytime I make a call it's either "you sound like you're breaking up", "you're cutting in and out", or "sounds like you're under water" Music sounds great for the $$ but will intermittently cut out like you're out of range of your phone which isn't too much a problem.

Good day Ia4639, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE. As we strive to be innovative and make improvements on the design and functionality of our products, your feedback is invaluable. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. If you find the fit isn't perfect on your Galaxy Buds, you can easily switch out the earbud tips and wingtips to ensure a snug, comfortable fit that enhances sound and call quality. When you have the opportunity available, please take a moment to review, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" to learn how you can achieve optimal comfort while wearing your Galaxy Buds FE. Wore them for 1 day and out of the box the left bud had some static during the active noise canceling mode. Kept wearing them and after a few hours the left earbud suddenly screeched with feedback that actually hurt my ear. Never dropped, no sweat, no chance for dust. Gave them another shot on day two and learned the mic doesn't work. People say I sound muffled and far away. It cuts in and out. Thought I just got a bad pair but then looked online to see this is an extremely common issue. Do not buy! Fastest return I've ever made. I loved the galaxy buds+ so this is a huge disappointment.

I was disappointed with these headphones, which are designed for dual-earbud use. Personally, I prefer using a single earbud, but this setup falls short. It blocks 50% of your hearing, requiring you to remove them to hear clearly. During exercise, they tend to slip out due to sweat. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations, which were shaped by my experience with Beats and Apple phones, where I could receive notifications and caller ID announcements.

the microphone is the worst. Ive been using samsung headphones for many years. Ive gone through 11 wireless ear buds. Never once has someone said "I hear you fine". I only get complaints and I am forced to remove the buds from my ears. Im effin done with samsung headphones. Im on my phone for 15 hrs a day. Im a doorman in manhattan and i do nothing for a living other than use my phone. Save your time and money. The pros that are 200+ $ isnt any better. I had a few of those too. Because the audio microphone is so bad. I purchased the cheaper ones. All i did was waste more money. The only thing this is good for is to listen. Samsung just doesnt and cant ever get it right. Meanwhile my cousin is using these beats for his android and i hear him perfectly. And always goes in and out of connections.
