    The quality was SO low. It was hurting my ears and the price was too high. The day that I bought it the day after I brought it back and returned it

    Basic. Sound quality is ok for the price. Phone quality sound is not that good. People stated sounds far away.

    I purchased the granite ones as well as the white with insurance...i lost 1 of the buds from the granite pair bestbuy made me go into the store by appointment to waste my time they couldnt replace the 1 so they turned me away to samsung and they wanted me to pay $71 just to try and repair the buds but all i wanted was 1...horrible!!!!

    I had to return this item. They were hard to put in my ears, and did not fit well when they were put in. They kept falling out.

    I must’ve got some defected ones because they do not stay connected to my phone at all. I absolutely hate them. Best Buy will not return them for me because it’s 15 days return policy so now I’m stuck with them and they don’t even work.

    Not a good quality. People cant hear me. The static noise is the worse. I can't use it when people call. Just use for music or my audiobooks but the battery doesn't last more than 1 hour.

    The earbuds go in and out during a call, and the person on the other line says that it sounds as if im very far away. When i switch to my airpod pros there is no issue.
