Love these ear buds. Very comfortable to wear, and excellent sound quality. They've added some new features which really come in handy.

Absolutely amazing. Fits comfortable. The noise cancelling and the option to turn on a setting to where if you speak it quiets down what you are listening to and gives an ambient noise (Like a hearing aid would do.) It allows it to where you do not have to take them out at all. The noise cancelling in your surroundings works very well, especially if you work on the phone and there's a loud noise sometimes around you, it will not mess you up. Definitely recommend to everyone. The sound is absolutely amazing.

These sounds great but the redesign from the Bud+ is where they fall short. They’re quite thick Where they’re supposed to sit on top of in your ear which causes the bulbous chamber of the earphones to want to naturally fall down and out.

I really really wanted to love these ear buds. But they fall out far too easily (my ear shape apparently doesn’t work well for their shape.) And i constantly accidentally turn them off with a tap, but can't seem to get the intentional tap in the right place.

They work great but they are built bulky and I'm 5'10 with what some would say a bit larger than normal ears and they hurt my ear when wearing them snug inside. On the contrary if I leave them a bit loose they fall out. So I am thinking of returning them because of the discomfort although its only been about a week since I purchased them.

Loved these earbuds. They always sat great in my ears once I got the sizes right for the inserts.

Bought for my son. He loved them until he lost them. Seemed to be well made.

Sound great but they don't stay in your ears AT ALL. Every other rep they're trying to hit the floor and when I reach to push them in further they pause or skip my song. I'd rather not have earbuds in the gym than use these.

Husband lives for music and loves these. we have tried many different kinds and these are the ones that he liked the most

one bud fits the perfect- the other despite changing sizes always falls out- a little disappointing but love the sound and clarity

The sound is amazing with these buds! They have noise canceling, will auto lower if you are having a conversation....plus so much more if you adjust the setting to what you want. They pair to both my phone or watch to listen to music or talk on the phone. They are quite heavy compared to my old pair but the sound quality more than makes up for it. That and they look way better than the apple buds. I would highly recomend them to anyone with a samsung phone.

Gave this to my sister as her birthday present because she is a true Samsung fan and her favorite color is purple so that was a plus!

These earbuds are very comfortable. The battery life is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Looks very nice , but had to return it..................

I purchased these for my wife. She loves them. She works in the hospital and wears them all the time. Reason being that they not only have noise cancelling, they also have a built in microphone to be able to hear others talk around you while you wear them. They are small and hard to see when they are hidden in her ears and behind her hair, so that she can listen to her favorite pod cast or music while performing her daily duties at work multi tasking!

I had the original Galaxy Buds and I absolutely loved them. Everything about them was great. I used them so much at the gym though that eventually the microphone stopped working from the sweat, and I couldn't make phone calls with them which was a problem since my job sometimes requires me to jump in a zoom call when I am not in front of my computer. I got a lot of use out of them so I was more than happy to purchase the newer version. Unfortunately, these newer versions are completely unusable. I don't understand how a company like Samsung, after knocking it out of the park with their 1st model, can release something this god awful. Sure the audio quality is fine and the features are all good, but none of that matters when the earbuds are falling out of your ears literally at least once a minute. I have not only tried all 3 of the sized tips it comes with, but I have actually purchased 3rd party tips that were supposed to address this issue but they did not help. I've tried putting them in my ears different ways, nothing helps. I really wish I could just trade these in for a new pair of the original Buds. Also just to be clear, my wife also bought a pair and she had the exact same problem that I did. Just in case you don't believe me. Sound great. Right side fits great, left side rubs and hurts sometimes, but I think it's just my ear.
