I'll get the good part out of the way and say the sound quality is great and they are comfortable in the ear. Now for everything else: if these things functioned like intended and gave me carnivorous brain worms, I might give them 2 stars. It randomly disconnects from the phone if you're switching from music to a phone call. The blocking function, the one that prevents accidental call hang ups when a stiff breeze brushes up against the earpiece, randomly turns off at any given point. It is also supposed to warn you of a dying battery with a gentle chime, but apparently only if it feels like it. The battery like is suspect as well. It boasts a 5 hour battery, but they must mean without use, because mine get about 3 hours of continuous use. If they can get these things some sort of firmware or software update to fix the utility problems they would be worth it. Until then, dont waste your money.

Good sound, good features and battery life. None of the ear piece sizes felt great. Easy to connect and use.

These buds were rather disappointing for several reasons. Yes they have all the newer tech but what good does that do if they constantly fall from your ears? I tried all sizes of tips and even ordered the Comply type foam tips and none gave me a secure fit. They are just too clunky for smaller ears like mine. The ANC was fine and I liked the auto pause with voice detection feature most of the time. The Samsung scalable codec was ok and I was also able to tweak the developer modes to LDAC at higher bitrates and sound quality since Sony released the codec for use. Range was excellent and battery life undefined since I couldn't wear them long enough to test out. TBH my little Samsung original buds are a far better fit and though they lack the latest tech at least I can use them for a few hours at a time without losing one or both. The Wear app is always helpful with their buds but for some reason these did not respond as well to the different EQ presets or custom sets. The highs were a bit shrill and no punch to the bass. I pre ordered the Buds 2, hoping they will fit better and be more comfortable. Being a long time user of over the ear higher end headphones I'm probably spoiled but these just didn't do much better than some other cheaper buds I've tried lately.

The volume quality is good but dont stay very good in ear and fall off prety easy for the rason i return the product and get something diferent

Really good noise canceling, and switching it on and off automatically which makes them reliable to listen from your phone but been aware of your surroundings at same time. It is great!!!

Amazing headphones and such good sound they are almost as good as skullcandy to be honest my only critique is that they capture all the sound around them doesnt matter if its a voice or not

Great battery life, great sound, great water proofing. They are a bit on the bigger side for earbuds, but can still wear them comfortably for hours at a time.

Love them! They are true noise canceling buds. I work around loud machinery so to be able to tune out that noise is awesome. I tested these out and my daughter was in my face talking to me and I honestly could not hear her. I already had the Buds+ and they are good but these pros are definitely top notch! Go get some!

It has good sound and I like the way it fits better than my Air Pod Pros. They both sound similar, and have similar features. I have a Samsung phone and a Apple phone, and both Bluetooth devices hook up effortless with the same brand phone. I highly recommend these for talk and streaming.

The "one size fits all" is not. I bought this pair as the salesman (someone much bigger than me) assured me these fit all size ears. NOT! These are not very comfortable as they are too big for my ears. As such, I am in constant distress of them falling out. In fact, they do fall out when I am outside doing yard work. Only the ear protection I wear keeps them near my head! Also, controls are difficult to use when in the ear. Only good thing was the ease of pairing with my Samsung Galaxy phone. If I had to do over, I would purchase a different product.

The sound quality is great! Downfall of the product is there are not more bud sizes included for individuals with larger ears.

I really enjoy these earbuds. They wirelessly charge which is one of my favorite features. I like ambient sound feature, being able to hear things around me while enjoying my music.

I would recommend these headphones to people who havr a samsung phone the sound is good if you are looking for amazing headphones go for the sony wf-1000xm3 those are the best headphones i use

Sound quality is amazing and the customization through the app is very diverse on what you can program; external sound removal works well but is doesn't remove completely though every time I use it I can barely hear the background sound. These earbuds do come off from time to time which is annoying so I just bought foam ear tips separately and now they won't fall when doing pretty much anything

Sound quality and fit are really good. I can think of a few ways they could improve the software application and integration. I wish the GPS would stamp last location every 10 minutes or so

I like the sound quality. Noise canceling is close to my AirPod Pros. The main short coming on these are the silicone tips. The tips are uncomfortable and don’t keep the buds in your ears. I bought replacement memory foam tips that solved the fit, comfort and buds staying in ear. But, for the price of the Buds Pro, you shouldn’t have to buy third party earbud tips at $25.

Pretty clear and good sound but i thought they would be smaller to put in my ear right and nope they fall out my ears so i hardly use them
