These fit awkwardly in my ears when my AirPods Pro fit perfectly. Amazing sound cancellation and okay sound quality. They definitely feel well built.

Everything about them was great. I used them so much at the gym though that eventually the microphone stopped working from the sweat, and I couldn't make phone calls with them which was a problem since my job sometimes requires me to jump in a zoom call when I am not in front of my computer. I got a lot of use out of them so I was more than happy to purchase the newer version. Unfortunately, these newer versions are completely unusable. I don't understand how a company like Samsung, after knocking it out of the park with their 1st model, can release something this god awful. Sure the audio quality is fine and the features are all good, but none of that matters when the earbuds are falling out of your ears literally at least once a minute. I have not only tried all 3 of the sized tips it comes with, but I have actually purchased 3rd party tips that were supposed to address this issue but they did not help. I've tried putting them in my ears different ways, nothing helps. I really wish I could just trade these in for a new pair of the original Buds. Also just to be clear, my wife also bought a pair and she had the exact same problem that I did. Just in case you don't believe me. But they fall out far too easily (my ear shape apparently doesn’t work well for their shape.) And i constantly accidentally turn them off with a tap, but can't seem to get the intentional tap in the right place.

A swing and a miss. Back to airpod pros.

After waiting for weeks and reading all the leaks and hyped specs, I finally picked them up with much excitement. They connected to my s20 like an iphone connects to airpods, starting off strong. But, the positivity hit a wall quickly as I realized everything else missed. None of the tips allowed them to stay in my ear (head shake test), they kept thinking I was tapping them when repositioning in my ear, and the ANC did not compare to the airpods. I immediately returned them and bought another pair of airpod pros for the same price. Huge disappointment. I can't fathom how they were inferior to a product that was released a long time ago. If you have a Galaxy, stick to the airpod pros, even if they have limited functionality. Boo.
