I did not like the touch controls for the noise cancellation. The battery life was good.

Not a bad product, not that much better than buds2

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these thinking they would be significantly better at noise canceling and sound volume than my buds 2 which I am happy with, And though they are very good as are my buds 2, it was not worth the extra money to upgrade from the normal buds to the pro... I'm hoping the buds 3 pro will be significantly better at noise canceling and overall volume.

We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Good functionality options with noice canceling, or pass thru. Used while traveling in aircraft and sound quality was good to listen to music or movies, and generally drown out the "aircraft noise."
