Noise canceling works perfect or leave ambient noise turned on to hear around you.

We value your candor as we improve the functionality and performance of our product line. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. If you would like more information on how to get the perfect fit for your anatomy, check out, "How to wear your Samsung earbuds." The features are lacking though. She hardly uses them anymore, but when she does she absolutely needs them for crowded rooms. Noise cancelling isn't nearly as good as the AirPod Pro 2, and there's no "background sound" (like the Rain and Stream) to play along with the music to help block out even more noise. She manages to get them to stay in her ears but they're not as secure as the Apple competitive model. Battery life is good though.
