Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most incredible experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. We completely understand how important the fit of your earbuds is to you usage and enjoyment We have some resources available online to help you with the fit of your earbuds. We have an article available online titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds". You can switch out to the eartips for the larger or smaller ones included with your device. Not a comfortabe fit for me..

I use the middle size plug, if i use the smaller size, the sound is not as good. They do have a food sound however, but the fit is disappointing…I guess everything is not for everybody.

Only problem is, due to the noise cancellation. She can't hear when I am talking to her. However, she does not think this is a problem. *Raised eyebrow*

I have to keep adjusting it in my ear cause it keeps coming out. Does not come with extra ear tips.

They dont seem loud at first however once you learn how to turn up the volume on the buds themselves they are spectacular.

Headphones don't always connect to calls. Theres no regular updates. Some times the caller can't hear. Music is great but calls the mosst Important part isn't.
