The touch actions are set to single tap and tap and hold by default. To use all touch actions, from Galaxy Wearable, tap Touch controls to activate the related features. Lightly tap the touch pad one time for the following options: Play a track. Pause a track. Quickly tap the touch pad two times for the following options: Play the next track. Answer or end a call. Quickly tap the touch pad three times for the following options: Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track). Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track). Touch and hold the touch pad for the following options: Activate a custom shortcut. See Touch controls for more information. Decline a call. Hope those tips help with your touch pad controls. For the cost they should have come with the different size rubber earpieces. I tried using the left-over ones from my previous set of Galaxy Pro ear buds, but they didn't make a difference. These have a little different shape and think that's what is causing the fit issue. Try them before you make the investment.

This device does come with additional tips for the device in the original packaging. This would be in a small cardboard box in the package in the same area as the charging cable. We also have an article available online titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" to help ensure the optimal placement of the buds. You can also do a fit test while wearing the earbuds and connected in the Samsung Wearables App. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth
