    The noise canceling didn't cancel out noise completely, is it maybe because the headphone is very small or I could have gotten a defective one.

    Was great when it worked. It hasn't even been a year and they've stopped working. And neither Best Buy nor Samsung will honor the warranty. "Too costly to repair", they say.
