Dont stay in your ear

If you use these for casual listening then they will work fine but if you use them for the ggym then you will be repositioning them every chance you get.

With regards to the fit, we have some troubleshooting measures you can try to help ensure you have a secure fit no matter the activity. You can use the additional ear tips included with the device in a larger and smaller size. We have an article available titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" that highlights the optimal placement of the earbuds in your ears.
