    Bought Second pair but this new one Battery doesn't last as it should

Your feedback allows us to continue to strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds2 Pro gives you up to 8 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. Using a charger that isn't approved by Samsung may cause charging malfunctions; it's also possible that the earbuds may be damaged. You can try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting the earbuds. When you have the free time in your schedule, please review the resource shared, "All about your Samsung earbuds' battery life" for some helpful tips and tricks to resolve your battery life.     I don’t recommend and I don’t like them . They feel weird in my ear low volume and I’m active so they would fall out. I can hear everything around me so noise cancellation my foot . I will be returning them for a full refund. Doesn’t pair well with iPhone my android it was ok .

    I like them very much. There's one thing that I don't like is that the earbuds keep slipping out of my ear no matter what size earbud I use. I thought they would've been better than my Jaybird Vista 2. Sound quality I give to Jaybird, comfort Jaybird

    We did not like the way they fit in the ear. It was actually quite uncomfortable. We exchanged for the Samsung galaxy pro 3s and are very happy with them.

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.
