    This product has been amazing. This version has a better battery charger than the last version. In whinch we had for 3 years and the work amazing.

    These sounded great, but I had to return because no matter which ear tips I used, it felt like they were going to fall out of my ears.

    It doesn't cancel the noise around you. Also it gives me some allergies

    I like all the functions and seemless control, but sound and volume are lacking. My left earbud is now muffled and my Bluetooth connection isnt stable.

    Sounded good at first but the left bud sounds horrible after 3 weeks of use. Tried cleaning like YouTube suggested but didn't improve sound quality

    The buds are a downgrade from their predecessor. The fit on them is noticeably worse than the original Galaxy buds. Even on noise-canceling mode, an extremely annoying windy gust noise is picked up when going any faster than a few miles per hour. The original buds were naturally sound-blocking buds, and were objectively better, really. DO NOT purchase these unless your only use is sedentary listening, and even then, they're too expensive for just that.

    The noise cancellation was the only good feature. I did not like the sound/echo and the buds were uncomfortably large.

If your Buds2 Pro aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and/or wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, and Buds2 Pro come with earbud tips that are similar to those on the Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+. If there is a gap between the ear tip and the earbud, sound may leak out and the earbuds' performance may be poor. Please make sure that the ear tips and the earbud grooves fit properly and try to reinsert them so that there is no space between the ear and the ear tip. If you are still having performance issues, please try changing the ear tips to a larger size. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal.     The left earbud after just a few uses has awful peaking static, and feel i need a replacement, but best buy has left me pretty high and dry with no easy way to figure out how to do that. Other than this problem, i think they're a good quality ear bud for Samsung devices.

    Not ideal for noisey enviroments.

    Use them... or try to use them for work in a shop environment. The active noise canceling gets overloaded by using an air hose around them specifically. My old galaxy buds did not have this issue.
