    Im not big on earbuds, but these are comfortable and sound pretty good. Wish it had more touch features for the price.

    DO NOT BUY! Fair warning to all, these ear buds contain a material that can cause an allergic reaction to your inner ears and Samsung is not taking responsibility for this issue. Anytime I wear them for any amount of time, I end up with dry, irritated ears followed up with a thick liquid discharge that lasts several days. It is a well known problem throughout the U.S. and Europe but Samsung is not willing to admit, recall or issue a refund after purchase. There is even an ongoing lawsuit in the state of New Jersey because of this problem. Avoid the pain, irritation and frustration these Ear Buds may cause; purchase a different brand. I have sent numerous follow-up emails to the Samsung rep assigned to my case and I am now just being ignored. My return period has lapsed through Brst Buy therefore I am now stuck with an expensive pair of paper weights.

    I thought these earbuds would work much better compared to other brands. I have a Samsung smart tv and same brands work better. But to my frustration, these earbuds started to deteriorate in sound. I tried to ignore it! But the sound quality was becoming worse. The sound intermittently goes out. It also had this irritating scratchy sound!

    These earbuds are great until they get even sweat on them. They are NOT water resistant at all. Samsung said they would not replace or repair them even though they have never been near moisture. Im assuming sweat got to them from my workouts

    I can't belive how horrible these fit in the ears, you spend more time catching them and readjusting then anything else. Shame. But airpods for the win I guess. They stay in ear even during excercise. But obviously I can't utilize all the features

    Not impressed by the fit using any of the supplied earbud tips....and noise canceling is not so great. Having used comparable Sony S-buds these were a trial replacement but not even close to the quality of fit and noise canceling Sony offers. So I returned these and am back using Sony. The app and integration with the phone however is fantastic as is the sound.

    There are ok, but i wouldn't buy it again. I had a Sony's earbuds before and they were way more superior all the way around.

    Sounds good, fit and comfort are a definite improvement over the Galaxy Buds. But when outside (i.e. running) bluetooth connectivity is very spotty - to the point I can't get through most songs. I have followed manufacturers instructions, updated the firmware to the latest version, unpaired and paired again. No avail. Am returning the buds.

    They sounded great for about a week, when suddenly, the left one started making a very strong continuous beep that almost hurt my ear, had to return them.
