Galaxy Buds2 Pro provides up to 8 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. By making a couple of adjustments, you can conserve battery power on your earbuds. That way, they'll last when you really need them. Here are some tips you can follow: When you are not using the earbuds, keep them in the charged charging case with the cover closed. Adjust the notification settings from the Galaxy Wearable app on the connected phone. The find earbud feature is a joke,you can only find it if your within 10 feet of it. Tbh,I'm using old Amazon $20 instead. Also,it's only been a month with them.

First pair I bought you could not hear in coming phone calls. I brought them back and exchanged for a new pair. Got them home and the same thig happened, could not hear in coming phone calls. I thought it was a me problem so i brought them in to the Geek squad. They told me there is a problem with this earbud as they have the same problem. One of the Geek members had to buy 3 pairs to finally get them to work. I exchanged for the 3rd time in hopes that it would work, as i really like them. To my dismay the 3rd pair did not work either. I finally just brought them back and got my money back. I will buy another brand somewhere else

They also fall out easy. Im not a fan AT ALL

This device does come with additional ear tips in a larger and smaller size to help with the fit. We have an article on our website titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" to help ensure the optimal placement of the buds for the security of the fit. Lastly, you can perform a fit test while wearing the buds and connected in the Samsung Wearables App. If you do happen to have one of the buds fall out of your ear, you can also use the "Find My Buds" feature in the Samsung Wearables App to have the bud chirp to help you locate it immediately. I used to love using these wow listening to my audiobook and I never had to use them with tge volume all the way up but lost Hearing in my right ear so I definitely stopped using these and any other headphones that goes directly into my ear canal

The only thing good is the noise cancelling
