    Bulky and tends to drop out of your ear. Prefer the old style bean looking buds as they remain in your ear

    Samsung customer service is the absolute worst. Thankfully Best Buy allows you to return items. That is why they will continue to get my business. Samsung doesn't follow through with their promises. I was told I would receive free AKG headphones years ago for a pre-order, but instead they gave me some worthless Fortnite code. No idea what that even is. Get the Sony buds.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. Before wearing your Galaxy Buds Pro, Buds2, or Buds2 Pro, make sure the earbud tips are attached. Wearing your earbuds properly will ensure they remain comfortable when you’re listening to your favorite content. If the earbud tips do not fit comfortably, you can try a different size to get a tighter seal. This will improve the microphone’s performance and provide a stronger sound. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test.     Just buying the brand. These suck! They only last 5 hours and when hair is wet it pauses on it own. They fall out so much. It's so frustrating!

    Keeps breaking

    This is my third pair. I keep having to return them. In less than a month the charging contacts stop functioning on one earbud and it’s unable to charge and unable to be used. I’ve cleaned the charging contacts with no positive results. Hopefully the third pair will last. I’ve already spent over $100 in geek squad service plans.

    Lasted about a year and one was slowly disconnecting more and more and finally gave out today. Went hrough the samsung forms and nothing helped. Bummed

    The ear buds are a 5 star. Best buy on the other hand. I asked for white, store i was at sent me another store picked them up opened them they were graphite. Already opened the box. The first store had the graphite in stock.

    Loud ringing when using noise canceling

    I have 2 pair, for my wife and I and they both have a loud ringing sound in the left ear whenever you turn on the noice cancelling feature. Tried cleaning and every other solution found on various blogs...apparently its a common issue.
