    The buds kept coming out of my ears which was very annoying. Sound quality didn't have enough bass.

    Omg it is not good for the safety of my son very fast loss I paid Insurance , but they cannot give me lost insurance on fixing this.

    These headphones work great but they did not stay in my wife's ears as she was moving. We ended up going with the Google headphones instead because they have a wing on them that keeps them in your ears securely. Not only that but the Google headphones were cheaper and cooler. We got them in an army green color that my wife loves.

    After a month youre lucky if one bud still works surprised they havent fixed this yet

    2 pair nothing but Static noise

    I have tried two pair, One I brought directly from samsung and the Other I brought from best buy. And they both do the same thing after a while become nothing but static noise. Would not recommend these

    It does not connect correctly with the laptop book 360, you can only hear one headphone, there is no improvement compared to its predecessors, I definitely consider returning it, they do not work well for me and they are not comfortable.

    Used them for awhile then noticed pain in my ear. Went to the doctor and it's an ear infection thanks to Samsung. Over a month and still dealing with it. I assumed my buds afterwards. This is a thing. I googled it and was surprised. Apparently this started with last year's model when they switched to a different material

Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. You'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test.     I honestly don't get the hype here. I pre-ordered these, only to be seriously disappointed. They didn't come with additional size ear inserts - just one size, don't fit tight and won't stay in. The app says, poor fit, change your ear piece but there are none. I'll stick to my beats and return these - total waste of money.
