Horrible and the free charger doesn’t even work! Didn’t get the earbuds got the charger like a month later and it was defective

they just do not fit tried al 3 size ear pieces an some after market tips none pass the fit test would not rec. them

These kept falling out of my ears. They were fully charged and one died after 5 hours.

Do not waste your money on these. They suck so much they always disconnect from the phone when listening to music

I really love these earbuds! I've used the Galaxy Buds Pro in the past, and I still had them when I bought these ones. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 and the sound quality increase from the Galaxy Buds Pro to these Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is very noticeable. I listen to music almost constantly, and I've never experienced an issue with the battery running out. My favorite feature is the 360 audio that can be turned on using the Galaxy Buds app, and I love the 3 ambient sound settings on this one and the noise cancelling. One of my other favorite features that this one has and the previous version didn't is the setting that allows you to turn on voice detection. When the earbuds detect a voice, the mode on which they're set will automatically switch to ambient so that you can hear your surroundings. I find this setting picks up the users voice more often than someone speaking to the user, but its a very handy feature to have if you want to focus on the audio from the earbuds and the people in your surroundings at the same time. These are the perfect earbuds if you want something same-brand and great quality for a Samsung phone user!

They don't stay in my ears i wish i could return them. They constantly fall out.

Samsung has a winner on its hands with their new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro earbuds. The product borrows the charger-in-a-case design that is so convenient for on the go use. The size and shape of the case is perfect for slipping into a pants pocket and provides a secure closure so that the buds don't fall out. The packaging is austere providing only a USB-C cable and the case with the buds in the box. That is very common in my experience but be aware that you will need to provide your own charging brick. Speaking of charging, it is reasonably fast and there is an external LED that will show you when you are done. I was extremely pleased with the Bluetooth pairing process. It was virtually immediate with our Samsung phone and is initiated by simply opening the case. The app was easy to install and offers a comprehensive feature set to manage. As for the sound - it is very good. For the first time I found a set of earbuds with a set of tips that actually work for my wife! They provide an effective seal against outside noise that doesn't feel "stuffie". That seal along with the ANC feature provides an excellent listening experience with music or YT videos. We found the 360 audio feature to provide a less satisfying experience as it creates kind of an over-processed effect to the audio. Fortunately you can choose to disable it. The overall listening impression is one of satisfying balance. The bass is not boomy and the rest of the frequency band was very good without coloring the sound. There are some preconfigured equalizer settings you can choose to engage but we we preferred to leave the settings at "normal". In conclusion, these buds are a joy to use and I highly recommend that you give them a listen.

Painful. And they keep falling out. I do not recommend these. BOSE are better.

Battery life is longer than the previous version. I personally prefer the gummy ear piece on this compared to the previous version. It’s a bit bigger, and I find it more comfortable. I choose these over other comparable earbuds because of the water resistance rating is so much higher.

One star. For all the money i spent on it. It stop charging after a week i bought it.
