Fit is a bit off for me, the 'fit' test feature is useful. Volume is good, it doesn't want you to damage your hearing though and has a limit. Great for listening to my favorite band's concerts, good sound clarity.

The voice detect to turn on ambient sound and turn down your music is very helpful as a part tome delivery driver. I never leave the house without them

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. If they don't fit right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. No multipoint connection

That being said. I assumed with the price of these, and technology available today, that they would of course have that feature. Much to my surprise they don't. Which is a bummer, because with having a work phone and a personal phone that was an essential feature I was hoping for, which I should have done my due diligence but didn't. I'm kicking myself in the butt right now. If you're looking for multi-point connection, look elsewhere

Loud for hubby...quieter for me.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wouldn't stay in my ears no matter what size of cups I used, great sound quality, the horrible fit cancelled that out, lost one in a machine at work,it was crushed. $250 worth of junk, my $20 skull candy buds sound just as good, and stay in my ears, dont waste your money.
