Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT PURCHASE THESE- I purchasd a pair from Best buy in Phoenix 10/25. Won't hold a charge past 3 hours. Contacted online tech support Oct 14, said I need to take them back to the store. I live 1200 miles away. . THAT'S not going to happen. Felt "OK" in my ear, but not great. I can deal with it as the sound was good, but the charge issue is a big one for me; they're good for about half of my workday and then they're done till they recharge. Hard pass

Tried all methods of troubleshooting and no fix. The pair of buds i had before these, the original Galaxy Buds, broke after 6 years of normal use, which I didnt see as a problem. Im more mad that these didn't even last more than 15 months with very little use. Second, they never truly stayed in my ears. I had to overwork them and shove them in my ears every time, always doing a head shake test to ensure they were secure. Even then, they sometimes just pop out. Im looking elsewhere, like Sony or Raycon.

I had a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro with a galaxy phone before "upgrading" to Buds 2 Pro, and the old ones were far superior in most ways. First, these earbuds fall out of my ears constantly. I've tried every attachment. The sound doesn't really matter if you can't keep the buds in your ears. Second, the battery life is abysmal. Less than 2 hours and one or both buds is dying. Third, connection problems with bluetooth. Fourth, while the sound quality is decent, it's not worth the price. Go with a different brand.

We would love to help you troubleshoot the features and functionality of your earbuds that are not meeting your expectations. For the fit of your earbuds we have a great article available titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" and recommend doing a fit test with your earbuds connected in the Samsung Wearables App. We also have a great article for the battery titled "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" and will highlight that the battery life of your device will be longer if you are using the Ambient Sound setting rather than the ANC. For the connection we have a few articles we recommend browsing titled "Galaxy Buds disconnect from phone often" and "Connection issues with Samsung earbuds". Lastly for the audio quality, if you haven't done so already in the settings you can adjust the equalizer to an audio profile that aligns to your preferences. Either too cloudy or too flat. Beats pro are not crazy awesome but at least they have more clarity. These are Compared to beats pro, apple, senheisser, samsung buds original. I have all the above.

They dont stay inside ear, while im watching a movie or folding laundry they fall out every time! Ive tried every size but same thing with each. Not worth the price in my opinion.
